About the Course
Want to know the Hypnobirthing essentials? this course is ideal if you are later on in your pregnancy or want to know the hypnobirthing essentials to support another antenatal course you have completed.
This course is for you if you are further on in your pregnancy (34+ weeks) and struggling to find time to fit in a full course. It's also a great companion course to other antenatal courses, such as NCT, that may not talk about Hypnobirthing is as much detail.
During this 5 hour course we will focus on key areas, which can be tailored to your needs.

This course is 2 sessions in person in Leeds, or online via Zoom.
You receive the course materials and goody bag and I will offer you my ongoing support until your baby is born, if you wish.
Course investment: £240 per couple
This price covers you and your birth partner (if you have one)
Can be completed as a 'group' with friends at a reduced rate of £200 per birth team. Get in touch to discuss this option.
